Sunday School

Children play a vital part in the life of our church.

We love to hear their voices and the patter of their feet as they play quietly in the children’s area or make their way to Sunday School.

Sunday School meets on the 2nd and 3rd Sundays of each month and caters for all ages. The children come to church and join the main congregation for the first hymn. They then leave for their classes and return at the end. Children are invited to the front to show the congregation what they have been up to in Sunday School that day

On the first Sunday of each month we have our ‘all age’ worship. The idea is that people of all ages from 0 – 90 will find something for themselves in the service.

Children are included in our other activities too. Fundraising events such as our popular Ceilidhs are timed so that children can attend. Our Easter Fair hosts a children’s Egg Hunt.

We are committed supporters of the Children’s Society and support them through various children’s events from kid’s orchestral concerts to candlelit Christingle services.
