Altrincham Church of England School

St Margaret’s is a founding church of Altrincham Church of England Aided School. Our church school was commended as ‘outstanding’ at it’s last OFFSTD inspection.

The school is a tangible sign of our commitment to the promotion of christian values and personal spirituality in our parish.

The interaction between school and church is a major one. Pupils visit church for services and RE lessons. Each Wednesday assembly is led by the clergy. The clergy and members of the PCC sit on the School Governors.

We are finding that more and more parents are wanting a church school for their child. To meet increased demands on our building the Governors are about to commence a building project which will see the construction of extra classrooms and facilities.
